Monthly Face-to-Face Group Mentoring Sessions:

Studies have proven the benefits in knowledge retention and work performance when training is followed up with mentoring. For two hours of face-to-face group mentoring each month, the content is determined entirely by the challenges the participants are currently facing within their team. Every Team Leader will leave with practical solutions they can put in place to achieve immediate results.

Monthly Audio Programs:

With a view that it’s healthy to hear differing perspectives, the monthly audio programs will be interviews with leading experts on a range of topics that are relevant to a Team Leader’s role. Whether it’s people management or teamwork, building loyalty or being creative, mastering productivity or presentation skills, they’ll all be covered in these downloadable MP3s.

Books:

Written by employee engagement expert, James Adonis, every Team Leader will receive one of James’s books, such as ‘Love Your Team', 'Employee Enragement', or his latest 'Corporate Punishment'. Far more readily used than training manuals (which they’ll still receive), these books on team leadership can be kept on hand and referred to time and time again.

Online Forums:

Team Leaders will inevitably stumble across challenges they’ll need help with urgently. Our online forums have been set up so they get a response to any pressing dilemma within 24 hours by an experienced facilitator. These challenges are then posted anonymously on a password-protected webpage, enabling other participants to learn from the same issue as well.

Fortnightly Newsletters:

The ‘Employee Engagement Newsletter’ contains useful pointers on how to get employees motivated, engaged, highly productive, and loving their work. Delivered every two weeks via email, this newsletter communicates to the participants a management lesson for them to focus on for that day.
