Emotional intelligence:

The greatest driver of Team Leadership success is... emotional intelligence. The ability to understand other people’s feelings and motivators coupled with the skill to work brilliantly with those emotions is what sets apart the gifted Team Leaders from the mediocre ones. This is why every candidate we place is tested for their degree of emotional intelligence. To pass the test, they need to score above 70 percent.

Quality – not quantity:

Our recruitment consultants are not remunerated on the number of Team Leaders they place – at all. Not a cent. Quantity is irrelevant. Our consultants are paid (very handsomely) on the quality of the candidates they place. We’ll survey you at 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months, and if you report high levels of satisfaction with our Team Leaders, that’s when our consultants will get to share in your joy.

12-month guarantee:

Most recruitment agencies offer 3-month guarantees (with strings attached) or 6-month guarantees (with more strings attached) or even 9-month guarantees (with even more strings attached). Not us. All of our Team Leaders come with a 12-month guarantee. If they leave beforehand for any reason, we’ll replace them at no extra charge. No strings attached.

You’ll never receive an annoying phone call from us wanting to ‘touch base’. And you won’t see us pushing candidates onto you so that we can achieve our sales targets. And you certainly won’t receive any spam or junk mail pestering you to use our services. Nope, we’ll never try to sell you anything. Just know that we’re here for you when you need us. No pressure. No hassles. Just different.

We place the very best Team Leaders. Seriously, the very best. So we like to look after them. This means that we take care to place our Team Leaders in companies that deserve them. No poaching:

You might be thinking that if you enrol your existing Team Leaders into our 6-month development program, they’d potentially be easy targets for us to poach them for our recruitment clients. Rest assured it's not going to happen. We have a very strict “no poaching” policy. We’ll never head-hunt Team Leaders whose companies have paid for them to attend our development program. We’ll always work with you, not against you.

The investment for new placements, which consists of all of the above benefits, is 15% of a candidate's gross annual salary, including superannuation.
